Customization, Minimums & Lead Times
Existing aluminum bodies support embossing, debossing, CMYK or Pantone printing, hot foil, and laser marking. Available finishes include matte, glossy, frosted, metallic, lacquered, and anodized. Embossing depth depends on metal gauge, curvature, and seam placement, and works best with bold vector artwork.
See custom embossed tins for design constraints. DOLYPACK's in-house tooling team builds dies for existing molds and new custom tin packaging structures.
Stock aluminum tins usually have lower minimums than fully custom tooling projects. Full-color printing and new dies typically require higher quantities than labels, screen printing, or laser marking on existing bodies. DOLYPACK confirms exact quantities, sample lead time, and tooling schedule after reviewing the drawing and artwork.
