Brands moving off plastic tubes and into tablet or powder formats need a container that seals a dry product without the leak risk of a liquid closure. An aluminum tin does that natively: no bladder, no pump, and no residue in the cap thread.
This is a packaging-sourcing decision, not a finished consumer product. DOLYPACK supplies the empty tin; formulation, fill, and any travel-compliance claim rest with the brand shipping the finished pack.

The wider aluminum range extends to 6,000 ml and screw caps span Ø17.5–89 mm, so odd counts or bulk tooth-powder refills still have a starting point to work from.
For the smallest travel-size run, 1 oz metal tins are a closer match than the ranges above. A shallow, low-profile body is available through flat options for slim tablet stacks. Exact tablet count depends on tablet diameter, thickness, and stacking pattern — confirm with a packing trial, not a volume estimate alone.
Tablets and powder degrade with humidity, so the seal between cap and rim matters more here than on a decorative tin. Paper or foam seal pads add a compressed contact layer under the screw cap; a separate first-opening seal is available on selected structures.
If a moisture, leak, or airtightness result is required, share the test method and target with your inquiry so the container can be checked against it. DOLYPACK does not test finished-product shelf life.
Available decoration methods include labels, screen printing, laser marking, embossing/debossing, hot foil, and full-color printing where the tin geometry permits. Matte, glossy, and metallic finishes are also available.
