Screw-Lid Jars
Resealable and the standard choice for anything opened repeatedly — creams, serums, and balms in daily use. For daily opening, see the aluminum screw-lid jar range, which lists paper or foam seal-pad options on select models. Thread pitch and liner should be checked against the capping method.

Slip-Lid Tins
A friction-fit lid suited to solid balms, samples and gift formats that don't need a liquid-tight seal. Fit should be tested after decoration, since printing or plating can change the tolerance slightly.

Dual-Layer / Liner Lids

Will the interior need a lacquer or epoxy lining for my formula?
Water-based creams and emulsions typically need an interior lacquer or a separate inner cup, while anhydrous balms and waxes usually run fine on bare aluminum. The right lining is confirmed against the production formula, not assumed from capacity alone.
What does tooling cost for a custom shape or embossed jar?
Tooling cost is quoted only after DOLYPACK reviews the container drawing and artwork, since it depends on shape complexity, embossing depth and cavity count. No flat tooling fee applies across every project.
Can you add a tamper-evident seal to the lid?
A foam or paper pad improves lid-to-rim contact but isn’t tamper evidence on its own. A compatible induction seal, foil or shrink band can be added if specified in the quote request.
How does air freight affect sample or order timing?
Air freight moves samples and small runs faster than sea shipping, but shipping method and transit time are confirmed once order size and destination are set, not quoted generically in advance.
