Lid Styles & Closures
Every aluminum jar with lid ships as a matched body-and-closure set. Screw, slip-cover, click, and window lids are not interchangeable across models, since liner and thread details are set per body.
-
Screw lid
Threaded closure for creams, balms, and pomades needing a tighter, leak-resistant seal.
-
Slip-cover
Friction-fit lid for candies, mints, dry goods, and tins that open and close often.
-
Click/snap lid
Tamper-visible closure common on cosmetic and food samples.
-
Window/specialty lid
Clear or cut-out panel for retail shelf visibility on candy, tea, and gift tins.
Screw lids run across the full 5 ml–6 L range and are most common on creams and balms, covered under screw-lid jars. Slip-cover, click, and window formats are matched to specific bodies within the cosmetic jar, cream jar, and candy tin lines.
Construction & Liner Options
Aluminum cap diameters range from Ø17.5 mm to Ø89 mm. Each cap is matched to the jar neck and closure design, so thread size is confirmed for the selected model.
Wall thickness and alloy grade vary by model. Thinner-gauge drawn aluminum may suit smaller jars and sample formats, while larger canisters use heavier-gauge bodies. Both are confirmed against the container drawing.
Liner options include foam discs, EPE foam, PE film, and induction-seal inserts. For edible or food-contact fills, liner selection and material documentation are confirmed for the specific product.
